The Cuisinart DCC 1200 Brew Central coffee maker has the best coffee I've ever owned. I used it for months and have not regretted this purchase. I looked at other manufacturers of coffee makers, Braun, Krups, and so on, but I could not offer the coffee that it has to offer. I like the retro look with stainless steel. These programs are a breeze, and if you do not need 12 cups of coffee, you press a button on the front and you can make a big pot of coffee. It is by far the best dish of coffee I ever tasted, and since I roasted my home, I know I should.
There are some minor problems, but they are so small that it is not a major drawback of the machine. You may pay a role in water and it is great to open with a lid and leave to refuel in the mobile kitchen. It is a little inconvenient, but if you use every day, slowly you will find tips that make these small problems seem to disappear.
