Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinders, Reviews

/

For grinding larger quantities of coffee beans for a coffee-drinking crowd, Capresso's commercial-grade Infinity grinder handles 8-1/2 ounces of beans at a time. Sixteen different settings--four each in the four categories of extra fine, fine, regular, and coarse--let you adjust the grind to the specific blend of coffee and method of brewing. The finest setting is ideal for preparing Turkish coffee, which is a rare feature to find in a grinder. A built-in timer sets the grind for anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds so you can walk away without having to constantly press a button to continue the grinding process. The Infinity has an advanced conical burr design made of steel that is usually only found on commercial grinders. This burr design slows down the gears and reduces the amount of friction and heat to preserve coffee's flavor and aroma. The coffee container holds up to 4 ounces of grounds and remains sealed during grinding. For safety, the bean container also needs to be locked into place for the Infinity to operate. For easy cleaning, the bean container and upper burr lift off so you can clean the grinding chamber with the included brush and wipe down the heavy-duty zinc die-cast housing. The 100-watt burr grinder measures 7-2/3 by 5-2/5 by 10-4/5 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Review :

"My husband and I had a Braun coffee grinder that most simply do the job, ie a uniform grain Starbucks French roast and ground glass for my K-Cup for use with our Keurig. We had several criteria: adjustment Okay, not very loud, annoying little or no land "static spray. I am pleased to say that research is paying off - our Capresso Infinity 565 meets all these criteria. We chose the stainless steel model that other commentators have noted that it is heavier than other models and therefore less likely to vibrate. And 'much quieter than our old Braun plastic. It seems Swank at the counter! The grind is very consistent, with none of the pieces or fine, our manufacturing experience with others, including oil, which prefer the spicy beans. Cleaning up after the soybean oil is easy, burrs that can be removed and washed several pieces and can be cleaned in the top rack of dishwasher. The best part is the little box that covered the ground. If we (something like 2 or 4 set the timer) is only enough coffee for 1 or 2 cups of my K-Grind, there is spray of static disorder in the country at all (although we had the spray, if enough coffee the drawer of the line "Max" fill the earth - lesson). It 's easy to empty the coffee grounds right on the corner of the drawer by the K-Cup. In short, no complaints, all compliments. I would recommend this mill.

A note - a big thank you to the other, said the guidance notes first! My husband was going to force the bean to the machine when I remembered the advice here to install it with the "point" on the page. Damn! Join my new car and probably my marriage (that we mean business with our coffee)!"
